Oreo Coffee Choc Ice Cream

Summer is here and it's a good excuse to splurge on this  creamy, delicious and super easy home made ice cream with a hint of coffee. The coffee flavor plus the  crunch from cookies and choc chips make this a personal favourite for a caffeine lover like me.



Ingredients

  • 500 ml whipping cream
  • 11/2 cup  milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 6 oreo biscuits crushed
  • 1/2 cup choc chips
In half cup lukewarm milk mix  coffee powder and sugar . Whip cream and fold all the other ingredients well. Chill this for 3 hours in freezer and beat it well to remove crystals and repeat this procedure once more after 3 hours and freeze it overnight. If you have an ice cream maker simply pour this mixture and ice cream will be ready in 30 minutes.


Do Note

To get a smooth creamy consistency just thaw the ice cream for 10 min before serving.
