Kulfi




An easy kulfi recipe made from condensed milk and evaporated milk. Traditionally kulfi is made with khoya (thickened dried milk) which gives a rich taste. This is a simple version of kulfi recipe without compromising the original taste and texture.

Ingriedients
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  •  2 cups cream
  • 3/4 cup mix nuts (blanched almonds, cashew nuts, pista) ground to fine powder
  • 7-8 cardamom crushed
  • 1 pinch saffron
Mix all the ingriedients well and pour in kulfi moulds or freezer safe container and freeze overnight .


Do Note

I used cardamom flavoured evaporated milk which enhanced the flavor.

If evaporated milk is not readily available just add 3 tbsp of milk powder to 1cup full fat milk.
