Surprise your loved one on valentine's day with this chocolate cake. An easy one mug cake in less than five minutes and an excellent solution for a quick chocolate craving!
Ingredients
- All purpose flour - 3 tbsp
- Cooking oil or butter - 3 tbsp
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Cocoa powder. - 1 tbsp
- Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- Egg - 1
- Milk - 2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Beat egg, oil, sugar,and milk. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix well. If you like an even more rich taste, mix a tsp of white or dark chocolate chips in this batter. Pour the batter in two coffee mugs. Microwave in high power for one minute each. Serve warm with ice cream or garnish with icing sugar.
