Healthy Vegetable sandwich






A healthy veggie sandwich to start a day. Simple ingredients...diet friendly. Fresh ingredients and light spread makes this a wholesome meal without adding additional calories.


Ingredients
  • Whole wheat bread        -  4  slices
  • Low fat cheese spread   -  2   tsp
  • Pepper powder               -  1/2 tsp
  • Mustard sauce                -  1/2 tsp
  • Cucumber, tomato ,lettuce sliced


Apply cheese spread on the bread slices and fill the bread with sliced veggies. Drizzle mustard sauce on top of the veggies and add pepper powder, cover it with other bread slice. After cutting the
vegetables drain the excess liquid , otherwise the sandwich will become soggy.
