Kootu Curry (Mix vegetable channa curry)

 

Onam is fast approaching. Regarding onam the first thing which comes to our mind is the grand onasadya or feast which we all enjoy with our family.  This curry is a highlight in onasadya(feast). Vegetables, channa ,cocnut all these gives this curry a unique taste .One of my personal favorites in onasadya .

Today is Chingam 1st. Malayalam new year, an auspicious month for all Keralites around the world. Onam falls in this month which is the harvest festival. So lets begin this month with something sweet and simple. Many versions of this payasam is made in almost all temples as offering to God.
