Ingredients
- 11/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1/4 cup dried cranberry(optional)
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Mix all the ingredients together. Scoop one tablespoon each dough to a baking tray. Bake at 180 C for 12 to 15 minutes. The texture of this cookie is bit chewy in the middle and crunchy outside. Around 15 cookies can be made from this dough.
